2check.click

Terms of Use

Plain-language terms for using 2check.click — please read them before relying on the tool's results.

Acceptable Use

2check.click is a free tool meant to help people understand whether a link, message, or QR code looks suspicious before they interact with it. You may use it for personal or professional purposes — checking your own messages, helping a friend or relative, or evaluating links as part of your job.

You agree not to use 2check.click to attack, overload, or interfere with our infrastructure (including the redirect-resolution service), to attempt to bypass any rate limiting or abuse protections, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

You're responsible for the links, messages, and content you submit for analysis. Don't use the tool to process content you don't have the right to inspect.

Disclaimer

2check.click provides an automated, best-effort risk assessment based on patterns we know about — brand impersonation, lookalike domains, suspicious redirects, hidden content, and similar signals. It is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee.

A 'low risk' result does not mean a link is safe, and a 'high risk' result does not always mean it's malicious. New phishing techniques appear constantly, and no automated checker — including this one — can catch everything. Always apply your own judgment, especially before entering passwords, payment details, or personal information anywhere.

The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2check.click and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of funds, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service, or from any decision you make based on its output.

This includes situations where 2check.click fails to flag a malicious link as risky, or incorrectly flags a legitimate link as risky. You use the analysis results entirely at your own discretion and risk.
